I think the only problem some people have had, is the support tickets, taking time to be answered, and you have sorted this by producing this wonderful forum.

The only other thing is that people sign up, do step 1, and then bog off! which screws up being paid, not your fault, just the way it is.

Yes indeed, having a sponsor is key to someones success. Most of us fail in marketing because we dont have a good mentor to point us in the right direction.

And it is vital to anyones success to have the things necessary to build a prosperous business. Having all these things setup for your downline or network is the key to your success and also help you with the credibility problem. People love helping people, which is my understanding. So help away and I guarantee the universe helps you back. I know thisfrom experience .

I'm a bit ticked.  I signed up on Saturday and got as far as step #2 and got the red message stating: That hostname is already in use by another user.
(If you're that user, log in to your search engine account that is associated with that hostname.)
I filled out the repair ticket imediately.  I also have checked back on a daily basis to see if it will work and to no avail.  i am currently writing my upline but they are not on in the eves as I am.  If I remember correctly, I have only one week to see how this works before I am charged $10.  That time is nearly up and I haven't been able to do anything but sit and wait.  I know nothing about where to go or what to do and I am on a negative budget so , YES!!! I am concerned that this may be a hoax and I will not go any further than the 7 days before I cancel.  I really want to try this out for a time before I do so.  I am down to 2 days.
Oh, I would get a new web address and delete the old one, if I only knew how without adding more costs to me. (another $10, I mean)  I work long days and only have a very short time in the eves to work on this.

In these tough times it is hard to take a hit to even a measly $10.  I have no idea what it is that I got myself into but am still trying to trudge along.  I am just angry that I can't get any decent answers in a quick time frame. AND get moved on past step #2!  I have checked every post that I have seen in these forums and noone really seems to know a real answer.  If by chance my web address was once used by someone else, I would think that there should be some kind of way to let the person signing up that tho it is available it was used recently, say within the last 6-12 months or so and that it would be suggested they try a different address if they choose to.  Even if Tissa puts it in his stuff or something.  I'm no computer whiz but after going through this,  I would think things could be a little more user friendly.  Agian, I am emailing with one of my upline but that too is soooo slow.  I am never on when they are.  I highly doubt that they can help either.
So, any ideas on how to delete the current web address and get a new one?  I havent figured how to do that, yet.

Allstarpw it sounds like you may be having the same problem that several others have had. Tissa has talked about this on the webinars but I guess if you're at work you haven't had a chance to join in.  What happens is that someone else previously used the domain name you now have but they canceled it, so when you chose it you got it as an available domain name. But the domain name is still in Tissa's data base.  In this case a support ticket needs to be sent from your People Search back office so it can be removed for the previous registrant and then you should be able to get your info in. But Tissa told us today that Trish, who handles support tickets is on vacation, so I don't know if your problem can get handled in the time you need it to be.  Good Luck I hope it works out for you in time.

Thank you gary for the advise.  I will go there as well.  And thanks to lintre for your help as well as those others who have tried to help.

I couldn't agree more with Robtebo...
There are people who have made $6,000 dollars and people who make $600 in 6 months. The point is that the system works and you get out of it what you put in. There are so many factors why there is a difference between 1 person and another.

Maybe somebody is still learning internet marketing and taking it slow. Maybe they are tesing the system in their spare time along with other systems. Now that they know it works, in the next 6 months they will do much better as they increase their knowledge and time working with the product.

To just criticize and gauge one person's success without looking at the big picture and then blame it on the product is somewhat naive in my opinion. But then again everyone is entitled to an opinion...right?

I agree Francis, $305 is something that this person is proud of and we as fellow forum members should celebrate with them.  I think one of the reasons this forum is working so well is that it acts as a collective to not only help others with advice but simply for the support and encouragement that we can all give to each other. Big Congrats to you on your earnings!

Hi there, I'm new and been busy the last few hours digesting all the info.

When I got my new web page at http://people-search-portal.info I was surprised that in bold letters on the home page it said:

From Consumer Guide: Beware of People Search and Background Check Scams

Have a look!   Anyway is there anyway to get rid of it?

I believe you may of misread the article, it is actually warning prospects of the possibility of been scammed, then in way of preventing the scammed outcome the links send prospects to your affiliate links by way of reccomendation, that is what you want, is it not.
