I see that several still ask for messages to send to referrals to help them complete all 3 steps.
Here are the ones I´m using in my GVO eresponder. Feel free to use them as is ( just change the name to yours ect.) or rewrite them.
Note that the code in them is for use in GVO`s eresponder, so if you are using another auto responder
you will have to change that. Also note in the 5th. message Im giving away free advertising in Ad Exchanges
that we own, so you will have to offer something else or nothing, then change the subject line.
IMPORTANT: Load the messages in the autoresponder before you import your referrals.

engine. So when some one goes to your search engine and do a search
and buy one of the services, you get paid commisions from one of these
companies, depending on what they bought.

So if a person do a people search and enter their email to unlock the result
you get paid $1.10 just for bringing a lead to Mylife.
Tissa sends follow up messages out for you to people that have used your search
engine, helping you to generate more sales.
