Topic: Will Becoming a Super Sponsor improve your business
I have decided to do this as I have just recently posted something along simular lines.
Ok. I felt the need to post this because I feel it's very important for everybody who joins the forum to know that the SS label is up for grabs by anybody. An SS is not somebody with special priviledges or somebody that joined at the right time.
It's an even playing field here and we all come in the same way, the same as we all make a first post. Hell, I'm even doing videos now and that was only for the "Do video people".
I think anybody who joins the forum who takes this serious should make being an SS a short term goal.
Why?
Very simple. When you try for this position you change gear, you become part of the forum and you actually learn more than you share. You have a purpose for motivation.
I was in network marketing and became a leader. However I only became this leader because I wanted it. I learned to listen, I learned I wasn't always right, I learned the world is full of different types of people, I also learned that there is no time like now to act. I stepped out of my comfort zone, however people followed.
The point I am trying to make is that the Super Sponsor position will help you in many ways. I know everybody likes to say "I do it just to help others" but I am comfortable with saying "i went for the position to help me fund my business" this was the whole idea of the incentive which Tissa put in place.
Having said that I learnt long ago to work with the "help others to help others" method.
So anybody wanting to fund their business, be recognised, help others or gain priceless knowledge then you need to look at SS as a short term goal.
I am the sort of person who gets what I set out for. Not in an arrogant way, but a positive way. If you want something bad enough you will achieve it.
