Yess Tissa pays amazing. I have a nice check coming $270 if I can just get my stupid Step 3 conversion rate up
Its stuck at 14.01% GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Too many people just dont know that Step 3 is Free to
complete. I have about 30 GDI referrals that I follow up with and they all stay at step 2. I think maybe some of them
get the misconception that it costs money up front to complete step 3.

Anyhow good job tissa, I was wondering whats up with the WA subscription I paid for already. When does that get

Hi Tessa,  I just wanted to tell you how impressed I am with your willingness to help those who are willing to work. I realize everyone can't be a super sponser due to time restraints etc but what a benificial goal to work towards. You are so right when you say attitude is so important. Henry Ford once said he would rather have youth and enthusiasm any day over experience. Sam Walton when asked how he trained his employees so well said " We don't train our employees we hire people their mothers have already trained."  I hope to do well with your system and be here for the long haul. I'm a WA member. I can't say enough about it. There is so much knowledge there, about so many different facets of IM. It's really amazing. The way it's laid out makes it really easy for someone who doesn't know anything about marketing to learn quickly. There are TONS of resources for you to take advantage of, including a hosting account, tons of premade Niches, and a place where you can bid on job offers for everything from writing articles for people, to creating websites.

I've just started week 2 of my 8 Week Action Plan. I've just set up my Google account, and am learning about adwords. I'll be setting up my YSM account tomorrow.

I definitely recommend it for anyone interested in IM.

Click Learn to Earn link and read. You can join WA university from your back office. This is pretty good place to start learning.

Your comments in this forum have been very helpful in answering questions I have had.

I am currently signed up and received my 100% status.

I have also signed up with WA and waiting to see if that qualifies me to get the Super Affliate Switch flipped.

In the meantime, I am completing the remainder of ID's except for "Hostgater".  Although I am a Hostgator affiliate, it is my understanding that I need to wait for Tissa to give me the go-ahead to enter my Hostgater ID after (if) he has approved the flipping of my Affiliate Switch. 

Also, I already have entered my GDI ID #.

So, I think I'm good, but if anyone sees there is something I am not doing (but should be), please do reply to this post.

I have been trying to make money online for the past couple of months. I really think this is the way that will work. I just need a few pointers on how to make this really succeed. My suggestion is to learn how to internet marketing. There are so many resources in whole internet, and in our forum here.
Learn, learn, learn this is what you need. Try free courses, trainings related how to internet market, affliliate programs. Learn promoting, advertising, both offline and online methods.
There is no such thing like quick rich program. So after months of, years of hard working people will see their results of studying. or even a few days and weeks, if you really want to learn something, and earn something.

Read as much as you can in this forum and you will find alot of tips on how to start advertising.

When my new referrals say the same as you, that they really want to work this but are low on money this what I tell them:

Start out with advertising your referral links from the back office using free advertising and start studying and learning about ppc advertising. When you start seeing some money from referrals you can start advertising your search engine with PPC.

Look here in the thread with free advertising and you will tons of ways to do it.
