At least they will have their day in court (could also file an injunction to get back up and running until that day too). If they're guilty then they should be shut down. If not, then they will be exonerated. That's the way it should work instead of having the Federal Government, at their discretion, pick who can stay up and who can't, which is what SOPA would allow.

They will get the book thrown at them. The Feds are gunning for all the filesharing sites. It is what they have on their servers that will really get them in trouble. There is no justice in court. It is an excuse to justify fascism. All our websites are at risk. They are moving to an SSL only web where they choose who has a site and who doesn't.

When Atdhe.net (sports streaming) was closed by them I had one of their biggest keywords as a .com. I was getting like 50,000 hits a day and £200 every day from Adsense but Google sandboxed me after a few months.

I learnt how to make niche sites from this forum.

What ever happened to free markets? hmm
