Topic: Charging $29.99 in my Paypal account. :(

Hello guys,

I've been worrying about the subscription fee which cost $29.99 in my paypal account last January 24. I'm just stupid who forgot to cancel my Acme account. I don't really have any idea when will my account get this subscription fee that's why it ends up charging my paypal account. So, after receiving the receipt of the subscription payment (Tissa's Trio) that day I immediately cancelled my acme account including the subscription in my paypal account for me not to charge again...

So now, I'm asking for a refund to Sir Tissa for the $29.99 since its really hard for me to continue my account in Acme People Search. I know its my fault not cancelling my account immediately, its just I'm busy with my offline life and I'm still student.

I kept on emailing him using this email (paypal@affiliatize.com) about refund, but still no response from him.


I really need that money for my personal use. sad I hope you can help me guys and I hope Sir Tissa will read this.

I would suggest sending Tissa a private message.  Just click on "users" at the top of this forum and search for Tissa Godavitarne.  When you locate his profile it will give you the option of sending him a private message.

It is important for anyone who wishes to cancel their step 3 subscription to understand that you have to do it through pay pal.

Simply closing your ACME account will not work.

Yes, I would suggest you contact Tissa and see what can be done.

In that regard, one of the other improvements we are looking at is canceling someone's subscription in Paypal when they close their ACME account so this situation will not occur any more.

As a courtesy, I refunded your subscription payment.

As Gary mentioned, soon we will automatically cancel the PayPal subscription if the APS account is closed.

GDI has a 7 day free trial if you register a .WS domain name. They then charge $10 and $10 every month thereafter for web hosting. If you cannot afford $10 every month then starting a business online is probably not for you and you should call their number to cancel your subscription to their web hosting service.
