What he says in the video is good, but when I sent him emails to ask him about the program, and so do research, I was completely ignored, and this has been done 3 times, surely if you are going to launch a program, customer service is one of the most important parts of the system that should be in place, I told him, until you get this in place, I will not be signing up to his program, but he probably ignored that email too, he seems more interested in us filling his bank account, then helping future members, this is not good.
Sorry if this puts a damper on things for you, but he needs to follow in Tissa's footsteps, and provide an excellent program, and excellent customer service, his customer service is non existent.
