I like Instant Banner Creator. It was created by Soren Jordansen, the owner of DragonSurf.
It's very easy to use. If you're a noob at graphics, check this out. 
Hey guys, mind telling me if I still get the 10$ offer, even if I don't pay for it now...this is a great tool and want to become Pro-Member...but I won't be needing it for this month, so my question is...

Sites have these "one time offers" all the time. Try saving a copy of the page with the offer and when you're ready for the offer contact admin to see if you can still have it. Chances are they won't let a sale go by.

Hi all,
Instant Banner Creator is a Fav of mine too! You can also upload your own images instead of using
their generic templates. Just make your own templates first and be sure to resize them to actual
banner sizes, such as the most common 468x60 pixels Banner.
You could use site headers and footers you have copied from wherever and resize them to 468x60
too and use them as banners. You can then also use that in Instant Banner Creator as a template
and add Text and Effects to it there.
The other cool thing about IBC is that after you've created your Banners you can insert the Target URL
into it and it will also be hosted at IBC for you. Pretty Damn Cool!!

Someone told me the 'ALT - PRINT SCREEN' trick too and I've been creating some pretty cool stuff to promote
various other programs but having unique promotional materials to do it with.
