When you are subscribed to Step 3, you can create Custom Referral Links for the following:

    *acme-people-search-forum.com
    *talktotissa.com (registration for the next free Webinar)
    *gotomeeting.com (direct Webinar registration links)
    *recorded-webinars.com (recordings of previous Webinars)
    *meetup.com/tissa-godavitarne

What makes such Custom Referral links an advantage?

     Such Custom Referral links contain and carries with it your APS Affiliate ID, that whenever someone clicks on any of your  links made for the above destinations and will visit the forum, they will be assigned a cookie. Such cookie is tagged with your Affiliate ID, which will last or expire in 7 days. Below are the cases to further explain the scenario:

    CASE 1: A forum visitor with an assigned cookie or coming from a Custom Referral Link (7-days duration)

           - When such visitor clicks on any forum members' signature-sign up link, the credit goes to the referring affiliate of the Custom Referral Link.

           - When such visitor clicks on the "Start Earning" link above the Forum Headers (which is the Rotator/Grow-tator), the credit still goes to the referring affiliate of the Custom Referral Link.

          - Even, when such visitor clicks on a forum members signature link, which happens to be a blog and from there, the visitor clicks on the APS sign-up link, still the credit goes to the referring affiliate of the Custom Referral Link.

          In short, once such visitor have been assigned a cookie, within 7 days or before such cookie will expire, when he signs up for APS in any link, the credit goes to the referring affiliate of the Custom Referral Link. So, it is important that if you know that your leads have visited the forum and doesn't sign up yet, follow-up with them, because when they click your Custom Referral link again, to the forum, the cookie's expiration date will be reset.

    CASE 2: A forum visitor with an expired cookie OR a visitor coming from a Non-custom Referral Link.

          - When such visitor clicks on any forum members' signature-sign up link, the credit goes to such forum member.

         -  When such visitor clicks on the "Start Earning" link above the Forum Headers (which is the Rotator/Grow-tator), the credit  goes to the lucky Super Sponsor included in the rotator.

         So, here you can see the difference and the advantage of having a Custom Referral link which can be effectively use as a soft-sell, by sending your leads to the forum first, instead of giving them directly your APS sign-up link. And this will also produce quality affiliates for us.
