I am trying to figure out how to put a video on the Presell Page.
Anyone no what I need to do to get to the point where I can do something like that?

According to the Terms of Service, you are not allowed to modify the presell page.

2. We provide Presell Pages (i.e. tissa.htm) that you can use to promote the search engine's income opportunity. All Presell Pages are copyrighted by us and provided to you on a limited license basis. You are NOT permitted to use our Presell Pages unless we have uploaded them to your Web site. Yeah, I've seen them, they not the presell pages (Or at least the ones I've seen)

I see them everywhere connected to different people.
Its the same Presell Page style but with Tissas video on it.
Whitch to me makes more sense.

Well, all I can say is that unless they have received written permission from Tissa to modify the page, they are in violation of the TOS.

Maybe they coped the Presell Page & then put a video on it then used it as a landing paige.
Would that make sense or do you think that would brake the terms/conditions?

You can't do that, it's taking his copyrighted material and modifying it, and then by placing it on a landing page of your own, you are basically calling it yours.
Google wouldn't let me take one of their pages, modify it a little bit, add a video, then put it on one of my websites.
This is to protect us as affiliates, Tissa doesn't want someone taking our search engine or our page, going outside the system getting their own hosting and putting all the content on there themselves, while we have to go through the system. You wouldn't want someone going and circumventing step 2 so they didn't have to sign up under you, would you?

There is lot's of places to put the Tissa video without putting it on the presell page.

Hi
Splash page, squeeze page, landing page are the same thing, just a page where someone is directed before going to the main signup page. Tissa's presell page is his own landing page before your directed to the signup page.
Many of us have our own "splash" pages that we use as links from our blogs etc.

Splash Page
Something that splash out, fast, in little bit and small in size.
The size is small so that it is quick to scan, a size that range around 120mmX80mm.
Splash Page is most effectively used in Traffic Exchanges where surfers click
websites for credit.
It must be catchy, quick to grasp so that we can entice the surfer to click and
pay attention to the next web page that lead from the Splash Page.
The page that come off from the click on the Splash Page is called Landing Page.

Landing Page.
You click an image,a text link, an anchor text, a splash page, and wow, you are
landed with this page called Landing Page.
This is usually a one page website.It can be longer.
It is the key sale page where there will be button to click to sign up or to pay.
Sometime it is the opt-in page where the leads furnished you with email address
and name to your autoresponder form inside the landing Page.
