Topic: Regarding outstanding Mylife commissions.

Hey there, Gang!

This morning, I thought to myself, "Self! What ever happened to your Mylife commissions?"

In an attempt to figure out how I could get paid the meager sum I had earned, I did a little digging and called them up.

I was put in touch with a Varela Sanchez, who was very nice, and told me that although the affiliate program is now closed, they will still be paying affiliate who are owed commissions.

If you have outstanding commissions and need to be paid for them, she said you can email her at varela@mylife.com to inquire about it. She'll need the username you used to log in with, as well as the name on your account.

In my case, I didn't have a tax form on file, so I was instructed to download one from the IRS site, print it, sign it, and fax it to her.  If you're in the same boat as I am, you'll need to grab the form here, and then fax it to (310)571-3145.

The phone number to mylife is (310)-571-3144 and Varela's extension is 108.

Hope that helps!

Hey Mike,

I'm betting that there a ton of people that find this extremely useful.  I picked up my last commissions a couple of months ago and found MyLife very accomondating with 'commissions owed.'

Great to see you active!!!!  Hope to see much more of you!!!

All the Best!

Re: Regarding outstanding Mylife commissions.

It seems that MyLife may have to be sued in order to get the commissions everyone is owed. I tried the 310-571-4144 number and the number is disconnected. I tried customer service contact number on the MyLife website and got no where.  If there is any other way to get in touch with management or the ones responsible for cutting the checks, please give me the number and extension number if you have it. It has been a month and a half since these checks were earned.  I believe that these people are trying to skip out of paying us. The fax number is a valid number and could be used to contact the company. I do not know about the pace of payment. I am reasonable about these things and I am willing to wait. But it has been several months since they closed their affiliate program and I need that money to silence my mother who is my biggest skeptic.

Well, that's disappointing. I called their toll free number at (877)-820-9006 and asked the salesperson to send me to the receptionist. She confirmed that the 310 number above is still their phone number, and had no idea that it was disconnected. She said that if you're trying to get in touch with Varela, you can call the toll free number above, choose option 1 (you may have to wait a minute or two to connect), and then ask the customer service rep for the receptionist. When you get there, ask for extension 108 to speak with Varela.

Not sure why the number was disconnected. The receptionist had no idea. roll

Re: Regarding outstanding Mylife commissions.

For all who was confused with the earlier posts, the number for MyLife is 310-571-3144.

As for MyLife she told me that she mailed out my check yesterday. If you are on the east coast it will take you a while. As I am in Central Mississippi in the Gulf South it may take me at least 2-3 weeks for it to get to me. So be patient folks. They are doing their best to conclude this program. And for those who haven't received their check yet, please be patient because they are getting this done in the snail mail as we speak.

By the way, Vivian is no longer with MyLife.

OMFG. I can't believe I did that. You're totally right. I made a typo. It's on my whiteboard as 3144, but for some reason, I never noticed my mistake here.

I didn't take my Vitamin Duh that day. roll
Thanks for catching that, Rich.

Yes indeed. The number is 310-571-3144.

Re: Regarding outstanding Mylife commissions.

It is the 31st of July. How many of you still do not have your MyLife Commissions? I am one of these. I am going to give it another week and see what develops. If I don't hear from them by August 8, 2010 (that is the Monday of the third week after they admitted that they mailed it the day before) I will be in touch with them.

Anyone else still waiting?

Rich,

We have a former member by the name of Angela who used to threaten MyLife's affiliate manager with physical violence when she didn't receive her payments.  It worked every time!  lol

Re: Regarding outstanding Mylife commissions.

I received an e-mail from MyLife this week that I had additional commissions earned, so that must be from my prior leads.  I've also received all my commissions from them.  I've always found that a little 'sugar' helped when I called customer service.

Re: Regarding outstanding Mylife commissions.

After months of communicating with Vivian of My Life, I finally received the final payment.  It takes time.  If you are having problems, I recommend just being kind and nice and email Vivian once a month inquiring about your final payment and in about 3 months you should receive your monies.  And as Mike mentioned, make sure that you have sent them your W9 for this will further delay payment.  In fact, just to be sure, just attach it to your email.

Re: Regarding outstanding Mylife commissions.

I corresponded with Varela and They informed me that they did not have my W9. I thought that I gave them this when I started with them. In any event I provided them with a W9 with my signature and e-mailed it to varela@mylife.com. With that done I am still waiting for a check which they will get it in the mail right away.
