When you sign up for step 3....he offers this but I see nothing happening as a result? What is supposed to happen?

Under "Account Settings" menu in your back office, click on the "Search Stats" and you will find the entries that shows where the traffic is coming from to your search engine.

Hi Kale,
Welcome to the forum.
When you sign up for step 3, basically it opens up the opportunity for you to earn from various income streams:
1. GDI
2. APS Referral fees
3. GVO.
4. Wealthy Affiliate
Whether Tissa does free advertising for you or not, you will still be paid $125 in 24 hours, although in practical terms it can take a bit longer (upto 3-4 days), since I believe this is done manually.

Ok checked search stats...and I have 2 visitors sent by tissa....lol...I was expecting alot more than that to tell you the truth.. 
Yes, I already received the 125$

Hi Kale,
You can get a lot more if you promote and advertise it yourself. Remember, whatever advertising Tissa is doing for you is not what's generating the $125. And that advertising is only for the first 24 hours, and after that you're on your own 
Of course, not totally, since you have all the resources available here, and people who will be more than happy to give you tips and info, etc., plus you have Tissa's webinars weekly.
But there is no substitute to taking action yourself.
