You need to earn yourself 75$ in referal commissions, so you can get the first payment of 200$. To be eligible for payment, you need to be subscribed to Step3 for 45 days, also you need to add to your Acme backoffice and paypal account an email that is created with your domain.
There are two main ways how to earn money with APS.

hi people i have a secrect whih i like to share if you want ot continuosly and constantly be earning $75 then long worry no more as i tell that this screct i even better than the (ppc) pay per click it is called instant cusotmers what it does it index your very own aps link to the search engine with very specific keywords go on and try it out

Could you please share with me how you do the indexing. I am new to the technical language in internet marketing.
