I can't see your link because it is banned at my job.
But what I can say. Look in your APS account where you can see your earnings.
Scroll down, and look where it says "Payable Account Balance:" .This is what you can get paid so far.
And remember that you must be active in step 3 for 45 days.
you can if you step 3 percentage is 15% and you subscribe step 3 for 45 days and use your_own_email@your_own_domain.ws email at paypal.

The reason Tissa does this is to prevent scammers from completing step one a bunch of times to collect the $200+ dollars. You need your Step 3 to have an average of 15% or more as the last post said. I would suggest to go back and thoroughly read the instructions so you can get a better understanding of the requirements needed to receive money.

Hello. The potential payments will be credited to your payable account in time. I mean, for you to receive the step 1 commissions (potential payment-->payable balance), you have to wait for 30 days from the day your referral completed step 1. After 30 days, that commission will be credited to your payable amount.
Once you reach $200 in commissions, upload your profile email to an email created on your step 2 domain name, enter your tax payer information and subscribe to step 3 for at least 45 days, you will be eligible to receive your payment, which takes place on the 1st and the 15th of each month.

Once again, I would suggest going back and reading through the qualifications of receiving the payout. But I will summarize here for you.
To get paid, you must:
1.Be subscribed to Step 3 for 45 day with no lapse in subscription.
2. Have an average Step 3 score of 15%, the score is calculated by dividing the step 3 referrals by the step 1 referrals over a certain period of time. Since you have no step 3 referrals as of yet, that time period does not come into play.
3. You need to have a paypal account or an equivalent (I think) if out of the country to receive payments.
4. You must have your (Step 2) Gdi email name added into the back office of step 2.

Take the number of Step 1 referrals, multiply that by .15 or 15% and that is the number. If the step 1 referrals increase, you must recalculate.
