Topic: GVO Warning: No Cross-Promoting or Spamming

Gary mentioned to me that some forum members have been complaining about other members who are spamming them via PMs, trying to get them to sign under them in GVO rather than their original sponsor.  Quoting from the forum Rules:

Absolutely no cross-recruiting (in any form) from others' Acme People Search, GDI or GVO downlines.  If someone has already signed up, help them - don't steal them.  (What goes around comes around, remember?)  If anyone contacts you with an incentive to switch Acme People Search, GDI or GVO downlines, please send me a PM with proof.  You will remain anonymous, and you will be eligible for a $100.00 cash reward from me via PayPal.  (Yes, I'm that serious about upholding the principles of this forum and protecting the integrity of my program.)

That $100 cash reward will cover two months of GVO and one month of GDI (or ten months of GDI!)  Plus you'll have good karma for not abandoning your original sponsor.  Remember, regardless of how helpful your sponsor is (or isn't), this forum is filled with people who are willing to support you and help you succeed.

Another reminder: GDI's Policies and Procedures prohibit you from promoting GVO to your GDI downline.  Don't risk having your GDI account suspended!

Thanks,
Tissa

The rumors about me leaving GDI aren't true, but this is (APS back office log-in required):

Thank you Tissa, that was very clear.  Ok people, don't forget to keep checking your mail for Joel and MikeyP.  Get to the conference for the grand launch happening very shortly 12:00 pm est.

So excited!  I'm going to use GVO's tools to blast my APS program.  I'm getting all the tools under one roof!  We are very blessed to find this program and have Tissa as the owner because

Re: GVO Warning: No Cross-Promoting or Spamming

Thank You Tissa,

The main reason I joined APC is because it is an honest on line business.  An honest business person will indeed try to help others succeed in business.  Those that try to steal others are not honest.  The reward is nice, but people that are approached should report this any way.  This post of yours just reinforces my belief in this business.

Have a Super Day

That is an unethical practice and if GDI finds out about it they will cancel their account.

Thanks Tissa!

Excellent point and very important! Back stabing is unethical, ugly and trecherous! I'm absolutely against this practice, to still someone, or to lure away from others!

If we play by the rulles, and keep it clean, our APS and our Forum will go a long way!

GVO just launched, and if any of you in this Forum are not in yet, you are missing out! It's a lot of buzz all over the Internet, and a lot of excitment out there! If you are in APS, go to your OWN back office and get in your GVO under your sponsor, and you'll be glad you did!

There's a lot of work to be done, let's get busy! Now is the time folks!

Re: GVO Warning: No Cross-Promoting or Spamming

Awesome, Tissa! This is a great way to keep everybody honest and make sure everybody is playing by the rules.  I guess there is no limit on how many times a person can earn $100 for reporting such incidents.

One caution is that someone could potentially fake this kind of proof to try to earn that $100 if there is somebody here that they don't get along with.  So, it's important to verify the report accuracy.  Also, there must be some kind of resolution method for people who cross report each other.  That is, if somebody sends out a recruit message and then realize this mistake but took a reverse action to report the recipient instead.  So care must be taken on both sides.

Just to make sure all corners are covered smile

Re: GVO Warning: No Cross-Promoting or Spamming

In a nut shell folks, Loyalty is very important. You have to give it to earn it.
I get emails all the time asking me to drop out of GDI and sign up under them,
they have a better promotion System. I simply call them scavengers, sorry about the bluntness.
In order to build something big that sticks,,,loyalty is critical. As a matter of fact, Loyalty is a subject in and of itself, may have to do that one. I have been in GDI for over four years, my sponsor has never offered to help, maybe he doesn't know how, but he did offer it to Deb and I as our first real money maker and I send him a thank you email monthly, when the pay pal shows up,,lol.
Any way, we are all on to something big here folks, guard it and protect it.

If it is your referrals. Then it is ok. But try not to contact them form this forum. Use your private email.

It is not allowed to promote other business on this forum.
It is only allowed to put links in your signature, and that's it.

Raffaele

Welcome to forum, Raffaele.  Actually, you can tell your downline or referral about GVO but only from the perspective of GVO's marketing tools, not as another multi-level marketing company.  This is against GDI's terms and conditions.  It is also the reason why APS doesn't offer GVO when people complete step 2.  However, that is still not the message of Tissa's post.

Cross recruiting is actually referring to people who try to recruit someone else's GDI or GVO downline in the forum by sending them PMs or emails.  Instead of trying to cross recruit another APS affiliate's referral whom has not signed up for GDI or GVO yet, you should direct them to sign up under their current sponsor in the APS back office.  Cross recruiting is not tolerated and violators would have their APS account terminated and GDI would be informed about this as well.  If you report such a person, Tissa would reward you with $100 after verification.

Hope this helps.

I have been sending requests to get this answered and now I'm at ground zero on the same topic.  I signed up for the $1 with GVO before I joined Acme.  My GVO shows "no sponsor" and I do not know how to handle this.  Please help me to get back on track and be able to join in the exciting ACME/GVO car contest.  Now, I see that GVO is totally separate from ACME.  Should I just pay the $44.95 at GVO and then get others to join up using .... uh now what?:o

Re: GVO Warning: No Cross-Promoting or Spamming

If you joined GVO for $1, You already have a GVO sponsor there.

If you are going to stay with GVO, the right thing to do is Pay the Monthly on your current account.

Thank you Steven.  Makes it much less complicated too.  (I'm not even certain if I am still in the $1 GVO trial period.)
