Hi roxanaoana, welcome to the forum.

To create a GDI account, please follow this simple steps.

>> Log in to your APS Back Office
>> Click the menu "Add / Edit IDs
>> Find the form Enter Your GDI User Name
>> Then you'll find a Sign Up for GDI link in it. And give it a click!
>> Then follow the simple instruction that shown

After your GDI account is activated. Don't forget to create a new email address with your .ws domain extension.

Hello. This is weird. Maybe you tried in a moment the GDI webmaster were doing something with the website. have you tried to create your hosting account again? Were you able to make it?

Did you use the link showing in your step 2 page to create your GDI account?
