Thanks for this post, adding content to our sites is certainly very time consuming and I think you have hit on a solution here.
Do you get much traffic in return from your articles circulating on Free Traffic System. Just curious because I'm thinking hard about this system.
All the best,
David
David - FTS delivers great backlink support to your blog posts or articles. You have to be conscientious about using it (it takes a much longer time to spin an article to my satisfaction) and there are some spinning tricks that I should post to help you maximize your trackbacks without them looking fake. But it is fantastic. They have (or used to have) a one-time offer that you can leverage to get lifetime Pro access for a pretty reasonable price (I'm sorry that I don't remember the details, but I think that your leftover $45 plus next month's MAP money would come close to covering it). When I signed up it was offered at a huge discount to the $497 they list on the comparison page.
As I wrote here, the articles you receive are pretty awful. Many of them will not really make you jump and sing. It's important to either use Rick's method of setting the posts as drafts or else turn on "pre-approve" for your blogs if you elect to subscribe to a Pro membership.
Hey Dave,
As the "deranged pengy" says, it is a good way of developing backlinks. That's the 'other' aspect of the FTS that I did not cover in my video. I received another backlink ping today on an article I did about six weeks ago. And, FTS is a good way of building content. There are a ton of members anxious to get backlinks from you to help their SEO/SEM/SERPs efforts, or to improve their ranking with the search engines (to keep this in simple English for those newer marketers that might read this).

Since the 'pengy' commented on price, I'll do my best to give you an update. I have the Pro membership. I pay $27/month. It doesn't give me a huge advantage over the free membership. Gary Chappelle recommended it to me when I met him at a Tissa Meet-and-Greet. He recommended I sign-up for the free membership. That's what I would recommend to others. I'm not aware of any lifetime membership, so they've probably done away with that.
The only things that really distinguish between the paid and free membership is that I can post on 40 blogs, where free members can still post on 30. I get to submit 3 keyword sets vs 2 for free members.
I look forward to anything the 'pengy' has the time to write on syntax. I found it a bit rough when I first started. It took me a lot of time... too much time in the beginning. On a couple of occassions, I spent so much time that I got locked out of their website... which translates into losing all my work.
So, I started doing all my work in MS Word so I could mostly do a copy-and-paste when I was in the FTS back office. And, I would highly recommend that to anyone.
If anyone is interested, I can send you one of my older articles to show you how I set up my syntax in MS Word. Just send me a PM with your e-mail address. Or, if you have a Skype address... that would probably been even better!
All the Best,
Rick
