The thing is that there will be some languages that are better translated then other. Just what i have seen with translator that it has problems with translating colloquial speech.
For example in Tissa's post the first sentence is translated great, but other to not so great. Over all its good, but there are some translations that doesnt make sense lol.

Like How cool which isnt translated, the straight translating would have been Cik vēsi (with meaning of coldness), but in this content it could be translated as Cik forši (expresing the awesomness).

Well i guess with time they will update the translator to even better results

It's about 60% accurate, and that's being generous. It translates most of the simple phrases and concepts correctly, but it is limited in how far it can go.

Still pretty impressive, considering how quickly it comes up with the translated page. And considering that it's being "translated" by a computer.

Hopefully it can help at least some people. It will be interesting to see how well it works.

And of course Chinese, both Mainland China(Simplified srcipts) and Taiwan and Oversea Chinese(Traditional Scripts),this is awesomely useful for another 1.3 billion people.
